Always the best place to be for any occasion or no occasion at all

The food was very good but the service get a fail. It is a negative for me when a high end restaurant brings a course before you have finished the prior course. Feels like you are being rushed through the meal. Also they should pay attention to the cutlery. If they remove a fork or knife they should replace it and not leave the customer to ask for another. Details matter. Not good if your last impression of the place is a hostess who thanks you for dining there but doesn't even look up from their phone. Maybe three stars was too generous.

Good food, nice service. Usually busy during dinner time, better make reservations in advance.

This has to be my favorite restaurant in the area. Great ambiance, excellent service and amazing food. Their sushi and rolls is what keeps me coming back. Creative combination of ingredients, ultimate freshness of fish and a decent size portion makes for a delicious experience.

Houston's is the place you can take anyone to eat lunch without worrying if they will like the menu. There is something for everyone. Parking is very limited if your within a mile just walk.

This place clearly knows how to treat their customers. Constantly with a kind approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and clean.

First time to this location and the experience was just as good as our other visits. We tried a wide variety of the menu and the Sushi was amazing. The staff was very accommodating.

Service was impeccable yet largely invisible. The food was interesting and delicious. No excuses, no voids, simply hitting ALL of the marks. As the purpose of the meal was to facilitate a conversation, Houston's captured an Oscar for a supporting role.Bravo!

Came here for a work lunch at about 11am on a Thursday morning. We had a reservation and had no wait. There was a wait when we left around 12noon. This was my first time going to Houston's.Service was great. They were very friendly and attentive.Food was good. I got a regular cheeseburger with fries and a side of spicy mayo dipping sauce. Good flavor and very juicy. My only negative was that it was messy since the bun got a tad bit soggy. In addition, the lettuce was shredded so that added to the messiness. I'm probably more sensitive to the messy factor since I was out with co-workers. Overall though, I would definitely come back.

One of the best French dips I've ever had. My husband really enjoyed his burger too. Get the brownie for dessert! The key lime pie was very good but it got to be too much sweetness.

The most efficient operation of a high end chain restaurant I have witnessed. The food quality was high but not outstanding. The portions were reasonable. I am impressed with the management of a large scale operation. I wanted to give this place 5 stars, however it was not a dinner to remember as a benchmark of great taste. Good food nevertheless and efficient service.

What can you say about Houston's, but spot-on delicious food and service. Downsides? You're going to wait for your table almost every night (one hour on a Tuesday 7:30pm, no occasion) and pricey. But, you get your money's worth.

I'm vegetarian and the options are very limited at this place. Other than a salad & side of some sort of vegetables, your only option is the housemade veggie burger ($18). The veggie burger is great! It's also very large and comes with good, crispy french fries. So, as long as you're in the mood for a veggie burger, you can stuff your vegetarian belly.

Consistently good all around the country! I've never had a bad meal at Houston's. The spinach artichoke dip was a great starter, and I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad as my main. The chicken in the salad was delicious. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals too. The ribs were a big hit for the person who ordered it.

Houston’s has been one of our family favorites for many years. Consistently excellent food and service. Our kids absolutely love the veggie burger, incomparable! Great management. Highly recommended.

At the first moment you step in this restaurant the stuff gives you an excellent feeling. Very friendly team, it is a lovely place to go out with buddies or with your date. Excellent cuisine, creative chef, decent cost and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

The bartender's here are amazing, the best.... But the management doesn't understand that return customers expect better treatment than McDonald's... The last four times I've had a reservation (four a party of 2) I've had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated when we were on time. Sushi is pretty good menu is a little boring...

So, minus one star for limited veg options.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I enjoyed the great mood and yummy food and drinks. Keep it up.

The food was very good. The dessert was amazing. They gave us a whole gravy boat filled with delicious chocolate! Whoah!♥️ So good!

two days ago was the first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the first-rate cooking and fine drinks and with the comfortable pay. We will absolutely go back there soon.

I would give 5 stars for food, and 4 stars for customer care. On Tuesday night, I was asked for 45 minute waiting, but ended up waiting for 1.5 hour. Free food (spinach dip) was provided for the waiting.

A great all around restaurant. Great service, good food, and a great atmosphere. Bartender offered great recommendations and the food did not disappoint. It's pm the medium price scale, but I'm sure you could find some bargain stuff during happy hour. Comfortable and clean. Will come back again!

Surprisingly Houston's has not only great steaks but fabulous and fresh sushi too! A great place but make a reservation or be prepared to be on the waiting list any night of the week.

One of the best Old Fashions I’ve had, good service and the bartender was really friendly. My friend also said they have really good Martinis here, so I’ll be meaning to try one of those in the future. I didn’t have any food or anything else but who really needs to eat anything when you have great drinks...

We have been patrons of the fine, national restaurant establishment for almost 30 yrs. They are known for consistent quality and service. Menu does not change much, but what they offer is superb. They don't need to advertise. Pricey, but worth it.

The menu offers a great selection that should have many good options for big parties. Great drinks as well

The prime filet was fantastic. I have not had a bad meal here but the filet was next level good. I sat at the bar and the staff was very attentive and kept my drink full.

1/30/20 -- revised from 4 stars to 5 stars. After trying steaks from Vaca and Morton's, I realized that steaks here are really good! I will never go back to those other places. It's not just the steak here, but the mashed potatoes that coupled with my filet mignon was buttery and flavorful. The steaks themselves are very flavorful, cooked very well, and are great quality. I now see the appeal of this place.11/6/19 -- Big portions, good for sharing. Steak were good in general. Barbeque pork ribs were overcooked and dry. Decent food and service overall, but doesn't warrant 45-60 minute wait on weeknights. There must be a shortage of good steak houses in the area.

This place obviously knows how to treat their clients. Regularly with a super friendly approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly delicious and neat.

Great food in a wonderful setting. The Rib Eye steak is delicious and so are the ribs. Don't forget dessert - the Key Lime pie is amazing! Feb. 2020 - Back for a second time and service and food are still great! My brother made fun of me for ordering sushi but the Coconut Shrimp Roll was so fresh and delicious! They actually have a sushi chef there preparing the rolls. The house smoked salmon and spinach artichoke dip are great starters!

This place is worth a visit. They have big portions for reasonable prices. Always neat and with great ambience. Highly recommended.
